  I started a tile project and while pulling up the old floor found that our door threshold had been leaking for a number of years and that the sub-floor, exterior wall, and door frame had rotted. Joel and his team came out and did an excellent job of determining what caused the problem, explaining what would be best for remediation, and getting the work done quickly and as cheaply as possible without cutting corners. I'm confident that the work that was done is top notch and that I'll never see the problem again. Great guy and a great company.
